I lovely spend 2 nights in Phoenicia. The room itself was clean and incredibly comfortable with bedroom, twin beds as advertised. The personnel was extremely friendly and especially helpful, and the owner too.

Charming hotel, the staff were all affable and excellent and the location was perfect in a beautiful area. Had exceptionally clean room with twin beds and bedroom, as example for a great stay. Location : the property was right by the attractions, Woodstock brewery, and the center. Also, main attraction such as an antique store was 1 mile from this hotel.

The location is very convenient, close to a river and just 3 miles from Catskills Yoga House.

The staff here were all very friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants and a beautiful creek with rapids.

Spent Xmas at this lodge with my family. Loved that the room we stayed in was clean and had a full kitchen. Location was great, close to restaurants and had beautiful scenery around.

The only downside was that the futon in the living room looked a little worn and could have been cleaner.
